Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our shipping policy for orders fulfilled through Printify. We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience, from purchase to delivery.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days. This includes production time, as each item is custom-made once your order is placed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the product and demand.
2. Shipping Time
After processing, your order will be shipped based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated shipping times are as follows:
• Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 3-7 business days
• International Shipping: 5-30 business days (varies by location)
Please note: Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product type, weight, and destination. If you’re ordering multiple items, they may be shipped separately, which could result in additional shipping fees.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Restrictions
• We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some regions may have limitations due to Printify’s production partner capabilities.
• Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes on international shipments. These are not included in the product or shipping costs.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch with us for assistance. We will work with Printify to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
8. Returns and Refunds
Since all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to defects or errors. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will resolve it promptly.
