Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All our products are made to order, meaning they are custom-made for you. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to defects or errors (e.g., wrong size ordered or change of mind). However, we are happy to resolve the issue if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

You received a damaged or defective item.

You received the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size, design, or product).

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s)

A brief description of the issue

3. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Items where the incorrect size, color, or design was chosen during checkout.

General dissatisfaction with the product unrelated to damage or defects.

Orders where the return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

4. Steps to Request a Return or Refund

2. Review: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

3. Resolution: If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

If you paid using a credit card or PayPal, please note that additional processing times may apply based on your financial institution.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not possible once the production process begins, as all items are custom-made.

7. Shipping Costs

If a replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item. Shipping fees for the original item are non-refundable unless the issue was due to an error on our part.
