To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In its original packaging with tags attached

💡 Received something damaged, defective, or incorrect? Let us know right away, and we’ll fix it fast!

⏰ Return Timeframe

• U.S. Orders: You must request a return 30 days from the delivery date.

• International Orders: You must request a return 45 days from the delivery date.

⚠️ For damaged, defective, or incorrect items (U.S. and international), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

📩 How to Start a Return

• Your order number

• A short description of the issue

• Clear photos (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide:

• A prepaid return shipping label (when applicable)

• Full instructions to send the item back

❗ Please note: Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund using your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing.

🌍 International Orders

For our customers outside the U.S.:

• You have a 45-day return window from the date of delivery.

• Shipping times may vary, but we’ll work with you to ensure a smooth process.

• Please note that customs fees and duties are non-refundable and may apply to international returns.
